At Laurence Ash, we believe that exceptional service shouldn't end when you place your order. From careful handling to secure transit, we’re committed to ensuring your piece arrives safely, on time, and in pristine condition.


Processing & Handling Time

Average Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days
All of our products are substantial in size and crafted with care, which is why every order receives personal attention from our fulfillment team. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, during which time we inspect, package, and prepare your items for shipment using protective materials suited to oversized and heavy goods.


Delivery Timeframes

Average Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Because all of our items are considered large or heavy, they are shipped through freight carriers or specialized oversized delivery services rather than standard parcel carriers. This ensures your furniture is transported with care and arrives in excellent condition.

For select regions or remote delivery zones, transit may take up to 7–10 business days. We always aim to minimize any delays and keep you informed every step of the way.


Freight & Oversized Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our products, all shipments are handled via curbside freight delivery unless otherwise noted or upgraded. This means your items will be delivered to the nearest safe point at the curb or driveway of your shipping address.

Please note the following for oversized deliveries:

  • Someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the item.

  • Freight carriers will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Ensure that your location is accessible for a large freight truck (please notify us of any access restrictions).

  • In-home or white glove delivery services may be available in select areas for an additional fee—contact us for details.


Tracking & Communication

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s journey. For freight deliveries, the carrier will also reach out to schedule a delivery window, ensuring you're ready to receive your item.

We value transparency, and our team is here to provide status updates or answer questions at any point during the delivery process.


Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to ship and deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, supply chain disruptions, or carrier availability. In these rare cases, we will proactively reach out to keep you informed and provide updated delivery estimates.
